Refund policy

We want you to love everything you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you covered.

🕒 Return Window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards, underwear, and accessories are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Email  Hello@timora.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a free prepaid return label and next steps.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Hello@timora.ca within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll fix it right away.
