🛫 Where We Ship From
All Canadian orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.

🌍 Shipping Areas
Currently, we only ship within Canada. International shipping will be available soon.

⏱️ Shipping Times

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your province.

• Expedited shipping (if offered at checkout): 1–3 business days.

• You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

💰 Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over $80 CAD.

• Orders under $80 CAD have a small flat rate at checkout.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

• Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking link.

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Address
Contact us at hello@timora.ca within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot change the address once your order ships.
